Compliance Folder

Contents of Compliance Folder

(1) Defining product (Refer to registered products on QPL of web site).

· Product name (including Nick name)
· Product type number
· Administration number of Hardware and Software (version number)
· Profile list applied in the product
· User manual of the product
· Function block diagram and technical description data.

(2) Test plan sheet
(3) ICS (Implementation Conformance Statement: describes conformance function of product) and
(3)IXIT (Implementation Extra Information for Testing : Test interface information of product)
(4) Declaration of Compliance
(5) Test Report( >> refer below table)
(6) 3,000 dollar (Registration fee paid to Bluetooth SIG via BQB)

① Bluetooth Qualification Program Reference Document (PRD/Logo qualification standard)
② Test Specification
③ ICS / IXIT Proforma (Describe compliance function / Test interface information form)
④ Test Case Mapping List (Test item matrix table)
⑤ Declaration of Compliance form.

Category	Test executer	The state of test item
A	BQTF	Test equipments, test data and test item should be acceptable to BQTF. So, this category should be tested by BQTF

B	Applicant or BQTF	Test items that The preparation of final test system is not acceptable to BQTF Applicant or BQTF request and test according to test specification. Test method and content description with test result need to be attached on test report.

C	Applicant	The preparation of final test system is not acceptable to BQTF . Applicant tests each test item. Test method and content description don’t need to be attached on test report..

D	Not need to test	Temporary test item which may be classified to A category through B or C category in the future. No need to be tested.
